My time spent at the Lufthansa New York Office was fantastic. They assisted me regarding my booking adjustment and gave me accurate information related to my journey. They are really professional, and accommodating; the office also had a nice atmosphere, very clean, and well-arranged. Speed at which they answered my questions and in which everything worked astonished me. All things considered, I thought the service was great, and I would highly suggest going to the Lufthansa office in New York for any kind of travel.
