Super Support Coordination

We are a capacity building support that assists with building a participant (& their informal supports)’s capacity to navigate NDIS and coordinate their supports. This usually involves teaching participants what their NDIS plan can fund, what the funding categories mean, how the funding is managed etc. We teach participants how to link supports, organise appropriate evidence in order to best prepare for Plan Re-Assessments, how to speed up the review process, how to manage their funding and how to budget. We assist with organising reviews, liaise with a participant’s care team in order to best support a participant to achieve their goals. We also assist with providing up to date legislation and guidelines so that our participants are fully informed in order to achieve maximum choice & control. In summary, we assist with fully equipping our participants with the required knowledge (and support) to navigate NDIS and coordinate their support.
