Q1. How do I place an ad?

Click the “Create Listing” button, complete your listing details, add photos if needed, and submit. Your ad will be live instantly if all guidelines are followed.

Q2. Is posting an ad free?

Yes, posting a regular ad is 100% free. You may also choose to upgrade to a Premium Ad for extra exposure.

Q3. How long will my ad remain active?

Free listings stay visible for 45 days. Premium ads last longer based on the chosen promotion package.

Q4. Can I edit or delete my ad?

Yes. You can edit or remove your listing anytime by logging into your AdsThumb account and going to “My Ads.”

Q5. How do I respond to inquiries?

Inquiries will be sent to the contact info you provided. AdsThumb does not monitor or control conversations between users.

Q6. Why isn’t my ad showing?

Ads go live immediately upon successful posting. However, we may block or remove ads that violate our Posting Guidelines or contain restricted content or suspicious keywords.

Q7. Can I upgrade my ad to Premium?

Yes. After logging in, go to “My Ads,” select your listing, and choose a Premium plan for more visibility.

Q8. Will my contact info be public?

Only if you choose. By default, your phone number and email are hidden. Users can reach out using our secure message system.

Q9. Does AdsThumb verify listings or offer buyer/seller protection?

No. AdsThumb is a neutral platform and does not verify users, handle payments, or mediate any disputes. Please meet in public locations and proceed at your own discretion.

Q10. Can AdsThumb remove fake or harmful ads?

Yes. We reserve the right to remove ads flagged for scams, inappropriate content, or guideline violations. Refer to our full Terms of Use for policy details.

Q11. Why can’t I find my city while posting?

Please make sure you select the correct country first from the homepage. If you’re in the USA section, only US cities will be available in the location dropdown during ad posting. Switch countries to post in another region.

Q12. What if I select the wrong country while posting?

Always select your correct country before posting an ad. If you select USA and search for cities in India, the Indian cities won’t appear. The location dropdown only shows cities related to the selected country.
