Alex Martin established in 2010 specifically to operate within the F1/ F2 use classes (formerly D1 & D2) of the UK property market, with a focus on Greater London. We have seen tremendous growth in the demand for such properties yet there remains a shortage of supply, therefore both rental and sales values are constantly increasing. During our time in the marketplace, we have successfully acted on well in excess of £250m of transactions and continue to have a strong pipeline of both opportunities and occupiers.
