The kitchen, bedroom & sitting room are all good-sized rooms. The eat-in kitchen can comfortably seat 4 people. Laundry, hydro, WiFi, & parking are all included. The apartment is very light & bright, featuring windows in every room; it's a spacious apartment, located in the Bathurst Manor, a highly desirable, great, convenient, friendly area of Toronto (North York). The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet, & there is a lot of shopping nearby, including supermarkets and restaurants. There are great parks in close walking distance, one of which features a free outdoor swimming pool, baseball diamonds, newly renovated tennis & basketball courts, & a free skating rink in the winter. Yorkdale Mall & the Allen Road are also close by. The TTC is a very short walk away- less than 5 minutes.

I am looking for 1 mature, non-smoking individual, who is employed full-time. The potential tenant must keep the apartment clean, & they must be a quiet individual, who has no pets.
