• Most crew make $800-$900 per festival
• Base + bonuses + tips ($20-$25 average)

Fast-paced BBQ booth (serving customers, taking orders).
Setup & teardown every event.
Long days, busy crowds, all kinds of weather.
Weekends a must. Some travel outside our Medina base.

• Travel pay, lodging, per diem for out-of-town events

• Fun atmosphere - live music, big crowds

NOTE: This is not necessarily an easy job. It's fast, physical, and long hours. If you're dependable and want to make real money, you'll do well.
