This module is intended for the CCISO Training, including how to align cybersecurity initiatives with the organization’s governance and business objectives. In particular, this module covers the development of a security governance framework and the definition of associated policies, standards and procedures in a manner that supports the enterprise. Participants will be provided with an in-depth understanding of various risk management methodologies, including risk identification, assessment, treatment and ongoing monitoring.
