Rupin Pass Trek: Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Shimla to Jiskun (198 km, 9-10 hours)

  • Enjoy a scenic drive from Shimla to Jiskun, a charming village in Himachal Pradesh.
  • Early start ensures enough rest for tomorrow's adventure and avoids unpredictable mountain roads.

Day 2: Jhaka (2,750 m) (6-7 km, 4-5 hours)

  • Trek through dense forests and traditional villages.
  • Cross a wooden bridge and ascend towards Jhaka.

Day 3: Dhanderas Thatch (3,566 m) via Saruwas Thatch (3,280 m) (11-12 km, 8-9 hours)
