Reminder: For all clinicians and organizations, the next public reporting by CMS for the Open Payments program will occur on/around 06/30/2026. There will be a 45-day pre-publication timeframe to review and dispute inaccurate entries that will show up on the public reports (any inaccuracies need to be submitted via dispute process). According to third-party data, over 60% of clinicians will have at least one inaccuracy each year on their record. Once inaccuracies are not corrected, they will be permanently available on public reports.
