We’re Eastcoast Sailing, a Sydney-based charter and sailing school run by our host Kylie. Most days you’ll find us out on Sydney Harbour helping people experience the water properly — not just looking at it from the shoreline.

We organise yacht hire, catamaran hire and private boat charters for all sorts of groups across Sydney Harbour and up around Pittwater. Friends celebrating birthdays, corporate teams escaping the office for a few hours, families visiting the city… sometimes even couples wanting a quiet overnight stay on the water.

Honestly, every trip ends up a bit different.

Some guests want a relaxed cruise past the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Others are keen for a swim, maybe a tucked-away beach you can only reach by boat. And sometimes someone asks about learning to sail halfway through the day — which is where our sailing school side quietly comes in.

Truth is, we’ve seen it all.

There was one afternoon near Pittwater where the wind picked up just enough and the whole group suddenly wanted a quick sailing lesson… anyway, that sort of thing happens out here.
