We’re Guided Growth Services, a registered NDIS provider based in Claremont Meadows, supporting participants across Western Sydney — from Parramatta through to Blacktown and the surrounding suburbs.

Most of what we do revolves around everyday support that helps people move through life with a bit more confidence.

Simple things. Important things.

We assist with personal activities, household tasks, and daily living support, including shared living arrangements. We also help participants with travel and transport, because getting to appointments, community programs, or even just out for the day shouldn’t feel like a hurdle every single time.

Truth is, routines can take a while to settle.

Alongside daily supports, we work with participants on developing life skills and navigating life-stage transitions. Sometimes that’s about building independence at home. Other times it’s stepping back into the community through social or group activities when someone feels ready.

I remember a conversation with a participant about joining a local activity group — we spent half the support shift just talking it through, weighing up the idea, wondering who might be there…

Anyway.

We try to keep things steady, respectful and tailored to each person’s pace. That’s usually where the real progress happens.
