This course provided advanced-level training in Primavera P6 Professional Release 21, focusing on effective project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control techniques used in real-world industries. The training covered advanced scheduling concepts, resource and cost management, baseline creation, progress tracking, earned value analysis, and project reporting. It also enhanced practical skills in managing complex project timelines, risk assessment, and multi-project environments using Primavera P6 tools and features. Through hands-on exercises and case-based learning, the course strengthened my ability to develop accurate project schedules, improve resource utilization, and support successful project execution across construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects.
