Cyber security experts are each taking part in an SOC Analyst Training, designed to prepare them for actual Security Operations Centre work environments, covering all the essential functions of Security Operations Centres (SOCs), such as log analysis, SIEM Monitoring, threat detection and incident response and lastly, security alert triage. Hands-on experience with real life attack scenarios, common malware behaviours, phishing analysis and network security monitoring will be provided to the student. This course will also provide an overview of workflows, ticketing systems and work with the Incident Response and Threat Intelligence teams. This is suitable for someone who has never worked in the Cyber Security field or someone who has worked in an IT capacity. After this training course, the learner will have the necessary skill sets required to become a SOC Analyst.
