Invoicemart is one of India's leading RBI-regulated Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platforms, enabling MSMEs to access collateral-free working capital through invoice discounting. It is a joint venture between Axis Bank and mjunction services, Invoicemart connects MSME suppliers and corporate buyers to multiple banks and NBFCs on a secure digital marketplace.

MSMEs can upload invoices, receive buyer acceptance, and get funded through an online bidding process, with payment realised within 24 hours of bid acceptance. No collateral is required. Funding access is driven by the buyer's credit profile, not the supplier's own credit history.

TReDS was introduced by the Reserve Bank of India to structurally address delayed payments to MSME suppliers. Companies with turnover exceeding Rs. 250 crore are mandated to register on a TReDS platform under Gazette Notification (S.O. 4845E) dated November 2024. All CPSEs have been mandated to route MSME vendor payments through TReDS under the Union Budget 2026 announcement.
