Responsibilities for delivery executive
- Support senior members of the team in proposal development, including detailed solution specs finalization, collaborating with internal solution experts, and preparation for proposal presentations
- Reinforce the Operational Level Agreements within the delivery of services by the Operations team to agreed quality
- Perform SDE function for large, complex, and high touch customer
- Manages the day to day delivery of the Managed Services framework through the management of a dedicated onsite team, close interaction and coordination with offsite NOC personnel and management as needed
- Ensures that Operational Support Services offering continues to develop and meets the needs of our customer(s)
- Interacts with service elements and senior level staff (internal and customer) to deliver a seamless solution delivery
- Monitor and track KPIs for solutions and develop assessing service level standards for engagements
- Identify and interact with potential external stakeholders such as constituent SMEs, other consulting organizations and peer associations to support the development and delivery of services to customer(s)
- Review client SLA/SLO agreements contracted scope commitments
- Meeting Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Task Tracking, Escalation Tracking, Renewal Tracking, Incident Review
