Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for multiple platforms.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and manage online communities.
- Track KPIs, analyze insights, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams on campaigns.
- Identify trends, hashtags, and opportunities to increase visibility.
- Manage paid social media campaigns when required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to create compelling content and manage online communities.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and SEO basics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
