The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatching goods. The role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound shipments (receiving, checking, dispatching).

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics and sales teams.

Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Track stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

Supervise loading/unloading activities.

Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery coordination.

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.

Required Skills :

Strong organizational and time management skills

Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory tools)

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field (preferred)

1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
