WOTR, a well-known NGO in MP, has been working since 2006 to support rural development in 139 villages across 7 districts. To help farmers deal with climate change, WOTR promotes climate-resilient farming methods that improve soil health and crop variety. Through 150+ Self-Help Groups, over 1,500 women have taken leadership roles as Anganwadi workers, ASHAs, and village leaders.
