WOTR is a top NGO in Jharkhand that helps reduce poverty by improving water use and supporting tribal families. We have created 65.4 million litres of water storage through farm ponds, and till now helped around 6,000 families. Over 3,000 farmers have been trained for better farming methods, and 260 households now earn from activities like poultry, fish farming, and much more. Our focus is on building natural resources to build stronger, self-reliant communities.
